An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nottinghamshire Integrated Recovery Service, for the role of substance misuse Recovery Coordinator.
The successful applicants will have care coordination responsibilities alongside screening, comprehensive assessments; care planning, risk assessing, risk management planning, reviews and group work delivery. You should have knowledge of working within substance misuse services as well as excellent communication and engagement skills, and an ability to work well under pressure in order to deliver high quality services.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This may include evening and weekend working.
