Exciting opportunities have arisen within CGL Southwark substance misuse service for enthusiastic, dedicated and outcome focused Recovery Worker to join our successful team. The role will require you to work with service users to maintain recovery from substance misuse, to enable service users to continue to build their own recovery capital and to support them into long term sustained recovery and social integration.
This will involve forming and maintaining relationships with relevant partners, assessments of the service user’s needs, case management, ITEP, and motivational interventions. The successful applicants will be required to Care Coordinate the client’s recovery by assessing, reviewing and monitoring their treatment journey. You will also be tasked with forming new relationships in the community with the aim of building and sustaining a service based recovery community. You will need experience of Opiate Substitute prescribing.
A strong eye for detail in both the inputting and collation of data is essential, as well as clear evidence of your drive to support individuals to achieve their potential.
