An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent recovery coordinator  to join our dynamic team based in Bradford. The role will require you to work closely with the existing team to support adult service users to enter and move through an integrated Treatment and Recovery Substance Misuse Service and increase opportunities for service users to achieve sustainable treatment outcomes within the Bradford District.

The post-holder will act as a recovery co-ordinator providing screening, comprehensive assessments, Recovery planning & reviews, risk assessments and management and will adhere to titration and prescribing pathways as per standard operating procedures if required.

The post holder will be required to work flexibly to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.  This may include evening and weekend working. As directed by the Team Leader and Service Manager the post-holder will be an integral member of a team delivering comprehensive clinical & psycho-social intervention services in response to all presenting Service users.
