Change Grow Live (CGL) is a successful health and social care charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse, and antisocial behaviour
CGL Rotherham provides an accessible and integrated service for both alcohol and drug treatment, recovery and reintegration. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Governance Lead to join the service’s existing leadership team.
The post will work closely with the Services Manager and the National Quality, Risk, Safety and Development Departments to ensure the service meets all stakeholders’ needs and expectations including legal compliance with regulatory bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a quality assurance and development role. This will include devising and undertaking audits of service delivery. It will also include in staff coaching as well as developing and delivering relevant training and workshop sessions in relation to quality and governance. The post creates a number of opportunities to identify and share best practice across the organisation with an emphasis on creating and embedding positive staff learning cultures
The post holder will be required to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This may include evening and weekend working.
The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and will participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
