Change Grow Live is a leading drug and alcohol charity. From March 2015, we have been commissioned to deliver a range of innovative drug and alcohol treatments and recovery services across Birmingham called CGL Birmingham.
Change Grow Live Birmingham is the largest recovery service in the UK, requiring an experienced, motivated and ambitious leadership team to lead our unique service delivery model, tailored to meet the requirements of the city’s multicultural residents.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator who has excellent organisational and time management skills, the successful candidate will have knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft office programs including word, excel and PowerPoint. The post holder will also have the ability to understand and use CGL’s internal management data systems.
The administrator will be responsible for the Single Point of Contact in providing a seamless referral pathway for all professionals in the substance misuse field. You will provide administrative support to both management and colleagues. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
