This is an existing post and the successful candidate will be expected to deliver high quality case coordination to predominantly an opiate using cohort of service users. You will be required to work closely with Change Grow Live prescribers to implement tailored treatment packages for opiate service users including delivering detox pods and other groups, optimising medication dosage as required, and identifying those individuals that may be suitable for detoxification
You will be required to deliver all forms of psychosocial interventions including group work and you will have excellent engagement skills, be committed to high quality service provision and the active involvement of service users. You will have some training relevant and or qualifications, and experience when it comes to addressing substance misuse issues within a busy and dynamic integrated drug and alcohol service and its expected weekend and evening work will form part of your brief.
