Change, grow, live is a successful health and social care charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse, and antisocial behaviour.

Our Birmingham service provides a high-quality, accessible and integrated approach for both alcohol and drug treatment, recovery and reintegration.  The service has an exciting opportunity for a non-medical prescriber (NMP) to join a multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical interventions to service users in relation to opiate dependency and some alcohol dependency.

The NMP will work under the guidance of the Clinical Lead and will be responsible for the management of their caseload whilst supporting substance misuse workers with their case load; including screening, comprehensive assessments, care planning and reviews, titration and prescribing services, support through detoxification and rehabilitation, alongside other clinical and psycho-social interventions.
