Change Grow Live Inspire deliver Innovative Integrated Recovery Services across North and Central Lancashire. Inspire is a service with the highest aspirations for our service users. We believe that Recovery is self-defined, contagious and within the reach of any individual, irrespective of their circumstances. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Preston Recovery Coordination Team.

The post holder will be committed to taking a positive, holistic and empowering approach to case management and co-ordination. The post holder will also be committed to work to a POD based approach of engagement and therapeutic interventions. They will work with service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence, to enable service users to build their own recovery capital and to support them to move into long term sustained recovery and social reintegration.

They will achieve this by delivering appropriate personalised interventions at all stages of treatment and by working effectively with a range of local agencies and support providers. Experience of facilitating groups will be essential.

The post holder will need to have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to participate in regular out of hours cover and evening duties and will maintain high professional standards at all times, ensuring measurable positive outcomes are achieved, whilst promoting and demonstrating the values of CGL.
