We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and creative Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. At Change Grow Live, we recognise the importance of internal communications and employee engagement to help our staff deliver the best services they possibly can, for anyone who needs our support.

Managing a wide range of internal communications channels, you will be highly-organised, methodical and naturally, an excellent communicator. You will not only be a skilled-facilitator, but also confident in coaching staff to listen to and act on employee needs, turning messages into communications that get results.

You’ll motivate staff so they become as excited and passionate about communications as you are by sharing what good communication looks like.

You’ll be joining a fun, collaborative and supportive marketing team within a national charity that works across the UK.

Do you have at least three years’ experience in a similar role in communications and/or marketing for a medium-to-large organisation with strong guiding values?

You will be based at our office in characterful Kings Cross, London. Interviews will be taking place at the end of April.
