Human Resources Workforce Analyst

As our HR Workforce Analyst you will undertake data validation on HR workforce MI including sickness absence and employment relations information to provide accurate analysis to the HR management team and other key client groups.


You will produce a detailed and thorough analysis of HR MI from our main HRIS CoreHR software and other sources such as case management surveys to support our strategic operational initiatives.


You will have previous knowledge and experience of maintaining HR information Systems (specifically CoreHR) and developing and producing management information reports within an Oracle based environment. Operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment, the post-holder will have the ability to produce clear, concise reports and carry out in depth analysis whilst being able to communicate confidentially and clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
