CGL Positive Choices young people’s service provides a fully integrated risk taking behaviour (Substance Misuse, Sexual Health, Unhealthy Partner Relationships and Hidden Harm) service across Coventry City for young people up to the age of 18 (24 if LAC). The service works in a holistic way with young people and works closely with local partners in ensuring a multi-agency approach to supporting young people and families with complex issues.
This innovative role will develop and implement opportunities for children and young people to communicate and receive IAG (information, advice and guidance) and brief interventions through forms of social media, digital applications and Skype/Facetime.
The post holder will utilise their skills and experience to develop specific pathways which incorporate digital interventions, they will take a lead on developing this activity and specialise in increasing opportunities through digital means.
