Change Grow Live is a social care and health charity that supports people to change their lives for the better and we are the largest provider of drug and alcohol services across England and Wales.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent Data Specialist to provide support in the North East and Scotland  which would appeal to anyone with a passion for using data to make a difference to the lives of our service users.

To provide specialist data and data systems support to services across the organisation.  To work closely and collaborate with Regional Data Business Partners (RDBP), Central Data Team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality data support is provided to the organisation.

To be an expert in the use of CGL’s case management and reporting systems, delivering training and providing guidance, as well as the exporting and analysis of data.  To play a key role supporting new service implementations and demobilisations. To support teams in the region to meet reporting requirements from a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will hold both technical and leadership skills with an attention to detail in their approach and flexibility to travel to various sites as required. Experience in a health and social care environment would also be preferable.

The post holder will need to be based within the region however there will be some flexibility around normal working arrangements.
