Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.
Change Grow Live deliver Integrated Drug and Alcohol services across Lancashire delivering a broad range of services supporting those affected by substance use and to support the community to prevent substance misuse and develop access to services across the county.
Change Grow Live are currently recruiting a full time (37.5 hours) Data Analyst for our Lancashire service. You will work within a team who address drug and/or alcohol use motivating individuals to create opportunities for their future, reinforce hope and support lifestyle change.
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic individuals, skilled in organisation, communication and analysis to work closely with the Lancashire Management team to identify areas of strength and development to support the continuous improvement of services that have the service user at the heart of everything that we do.
The data analyst post will hold responsibility for overseeing the efficient collection and analysis of data for all services within the treatment system for the purpose of understanding or making inferences to enable service level decisions for management purposes.
The post holder will be integral to service development and will have a quality assurance and development role, which will include devising and undertaking audits of service delivery. In addition to staff coaching regarding the use of performance outcomes within treatment to measure progress and devising and delivering training and workshop sessions to promote best practice.
The base for these posts is flexible; For North and Central Lancashire; bases include Preston, Chorley, Skelmersdale, Fleetwood, Lancaster, St Annes and Morecambe
