We would like to welcome our new service, Change Grow Live Cheshire East integrated Drug and Alcohol Service which went live on the 1st of November 2018.  Change Grow Live Cheshire East is an integrated end-to-end treatment and recovery service which offers a wide range of pharmacological and psychosocial interventions to Cheshire East residents for both Young People and Adults.  We will be working in partnership with Emerging Futures, and Recovery Works to deliver the service specification across the area.

The post holder will be integral to ensuring a high quality service that promotes recovery, resilience, and self-determination across the service.  Change Grow Live Cheshire East supports people in a recovery oriented system of intervention; the service will be user-focused and aspirational in its work with service users to realise their identified goals including the attainment of the highest quality of life possible, social reintegration and sustained recovery from problematic substance use.

The post-holder will ensure that all clients consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards holistically supporting both Young People and Adult service users to enter and move through integrated recovery oriented substance misuse services and increase opportunities for service users to achieve sustainable treatment outcomes within the Cheshire East area.
