Why do you do what you do?

My passion has always been in people oriented services and in trying to help people overcome problems related to either substance misuse or offending behaviour.

Change Grow Live is therefore in many ways my spiritual home and the creativity and drive of our workforce, managers and service users keeps me as motivated today as when I first started.

Your favourite Change Grow Live moment:

My favourite moments and memories within Change Grow Live are always related to the people we work with and the quality / drive of our staff. There are too many to mention but they are always humbling, motivating and inspiring.
