We’re launching a dedicated time on our webchat for people who use performance and image enhancing drugs, such as anabolic steroids. The new initiative from Lydia, one of our Prevention & Harm Reduction Workers, aims to provide an easy, confidential way for people to get advice on performance and image-enhancing drugs.
The use of these type of drugs comes with risks, as injecting is often the most dangerous way of taking drugs. They can also lead to other long term side effects. We want to help people keep themselves safe. By offering this confidential way to get advice on these specific issues we’re hoping more people will ask for advice.
Our first webchat times dedicated to steroid users are:
Monday 15th March, 11:00 – 13:00
Monday 19th April, 11:00 – 13:00
Monday 17th May, 11:00 – 13:00.
