Leading health and social care charity recognised for outstanding people management by Investors in People
Change Grow Live (CGL) has been awarded silver status in the globally recognised Investors in People accreditation programme.
The programme recognises outstanding people management, leadership, communication and training within organisations. Only 6% of the thousands of organisations that seek Investors in People accreditation receive the prestigious silver award.
CGL is a national health and social charity that delivers services for people affected by a wide range of social issues and concerns including addiction, substance misuse, homelessness, poverty, unemployment, domestic abuse, mental health issues and offending.
The charity’s locally commissioned services are designed to encourage individuals to find the strength and resources within themselves to bring about the life and behavioural changes they wish to achieve.
“I am immensely privileged to lead an organisation that makes such an incredible contribution to people’s lives and their communities. This award confirms my strongly held belief that investing in our staff is key to being able to consistently deliver quality services particularly in a time of rapid change.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of staff and volunteers for their efforts and contributions.”
David Biddle, CGL’s Chief Executive
“We’d like to congratulate CGL, Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. CGL should be extremely proud of their achievement.”
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People
