How we can help you
Our service is free and confidential. That means we won't judge you or tell you what to do.
There's a range of ways we can help you, including:
- Group work with other young people
- One-to-one sessions
- Employment, training and education support and advice
We can also offer you support if someone else's alcohol use is affecting you.

When you arrive, a friendly member of staff will be there to welcome you to the service. You can ask them any questions you might have.
