Health and wellbeing advice for young people

Going through your adolescent years can be challenging as your body and brain go through big changes. During this period, we can struggle with certain aspects of our lives and it may feel like it’ll be that way forever.

By following these five steps (known as the Five Ways to Wellbeing), you can ensure that your health and wellbeing remain in the best possible condition:

Digital wellbeing

Technology, particularly social media, can play a big part in our lives. Technology can enhance our lives and it is a great tool for learning and information, as well as staying connected with friends and family. However, it is important that you still have a balanced “digital diet” to maintain your health and wellbeing as it can take away from some of the other important aspects of maintaining our health and wellbeing.
