About the service
The Central Service team is made up of operational managers and data administrators whose role is centrally manage finances, supplies, services, Health and Safety and the management of pharmacies supporting the treatment services of West Kent Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Service.
The team also coordinates data to identify trends and patterns in service usage, identify needs and gaps within the treatment system and monitor performance to enable an area-wide strategic steer on development and innovation.
The team are also available to support any professionals who have any questions about the service, or need advice or support.
What we do and how we do it
Central services provides a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the West Kent Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Service ensuring all telephone calls and emails from service users, practitioners and professionals are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Central services also provides an advice and information service for 24/7 helpline.
