Taith is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults in Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan.

We offer a range of opportunities from workshops, brief interventions, structured groups and one-to-one key working sessions We also have needle exchanges within both sites, where you can get harm reduction advice, blood borne virus testing (including HIV and Hep C), naloxone training and access to other services.

We have services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan and also offer support, where required, via outreach.

How to contact us

We always welcome new clients, so please get in touch if you are interested in getting help from the service or you’d just like to ask some questions. Feel free to bring someone with you on your first visit.

Referral

If you would like to refer yourself or someone else to the service you can call, email or visit the service in person.

You can also complete our referral form in advance and either email it to us at or bring it with you when you visit the service.

What's on?

We run weekly hour-long workshops. The topics include cannabis, alcohol, sleep, anxiety, nutrition, wellbeing and stimulants.

We also run an eight week program called Foundations of Recovery. This lasts 2 hours per week. This is a structured program that is closed to new starters once it commences.
