Richmond Integrated Recovery Service
Richmond Integrated Recovery Service is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults in Richmond.
At our service you will be greeted by a welcoming team of professionals who are dedicated to supporting service users with their recovery journey. Our aims are to ensure we provide an accessible, local, high quality, integrated service that promotes recovery, health and wellbeing.
If you are concerned about yours, or someone else’s Drug or Alcohol use, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch and speaking to a member of the team about how we can help you.

How to contact us
We always welcome new clients, so please get in touch if you are interested in getting help from the service or you’d just like to ask some questions. Feel free to bring someone with you on your first visit.
We are based at Ilex House, 94 Holly Road, Twickenham, TW1 4HF. You can call us on 020 8891 0161 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to refer yourself or someone else to the service you can call, email or visit the service in person.
You can also complete our referral form in advance and either email it to us at or bring it with you when you visit the service.
Full recovery assessment, to help you to map out your own personal recovery journey to achieve your own personal goals.
Pharmacological interventions, including; Substitute prescriptions, -Access to detox (both community and inpatient), Assessment and referral for residential rehab
Groups and workshops, including; Alcohol, specific groups, Life skills, Gender specific support
CGL's Foundations of Recovery support and training programme and Intuitive Thinking Skills educational, accredited (NOCN) programme.
Access to mutual aid/peer support groups
Complimentary therapies such as Auricular
Acupuncture, Mindfulness and Yoga
Recovery support and aftercare planning, including; counselling, education, training and employment
Accredited Peer Mentor training and volunteering opportunities
Alcohol and addiction workshops

Keep in touch
Unit 2 Ilex House, is just behind King Street and is 5 minutes walk from Twickenham railway station.
We do not have free parking facilities but there is a public car park (Holly Road) next to the project and there are a number of car parks within 5-10 minutes walk of the project.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed
If you are unable to make an appointment within these times we do offer a flexible service and if you contact us out of these hours a member of RIRS will get back to you the next working day.
