At Reset Recovery Support Service, we work in partnership with Reset Outreach and Referral Service (Providence Row) and Reset Treatment Service (ELFT) to deliver free and confidential drug and alcohol services to Tower Hamlets residents over the age of 18.
At Reset Recovery Support Service, we provide a range of recovery-focused interventions including a structured day programme, counselling, mutual aid and complementary therapies. We also provide service users with Housing support, Benefits and Finance advice and facilitate access to Education, Training and Employment opportunities. We also have a daily breakfast and lunch club and work with multiple partner agencies to support people to achieve their recovery goals.
Our Family Service also supports family members and significant others who are affected by someone else’s substance misuse. We are able to provide a host of interventions, including 1-1 support, counselling, group work and delivery of the Moving Parents and Children Together programmes. Our team is made up of different Recovery Workers, Specialist Practitioners, Counsellors, Students, Volunteers and Peer Mentors.
