Action for Children
From before they are born until they are into their twenties, we help disadvantaged children across the UK. We help them through fostering or adoption – and by intervening early to stop neglect and abuse. We make life better for children with disabilities. We influence policy and advocate for change.
Age UK's vision is to make the UK a great place to grow older. We do this by inspiring, supporting and enabling in a number of ways. We help millions of people to know their rights and make the best choices for later life. We tackle loneliness, get older people active, and support people to stay independent for longer.
The Bridge Plus+ is a Norfolk based black/Asian and minority ethnic (BME) organisation aimed at improving community cohesion through innovative community engagement activities and service delivery to promote race equality and community cohesion.
Early help is about working with children, young people and their families to offer the right support at an early stage before a small need becomes a bigger one. A number of different professionals and organisations may be involved in the early help process to offer support in a range of areas. The goal of early help is to support families to resolve their own problems and prevent further problems in the future.

We provide emergency accommodation in our 31 bed hostel and move on accommodation in shared houses around the Town. We have a resettlement team that offers support and access to housing for people moving into their own homes.
Our iCaSH (integrated Contraception and Sexual Health) service provides all aspects of sexual and reproductive health, including contraception, sexually transmitted infection (STI) and HIV testing and treatment. iCaSH is available from easily accessible single locations across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Peterborough and Suffolk. Our vision is to provide a high quality, patient-centred service, with the right staff, delivering the right service, at the right time, in the right place.
Established in 1974, Leeway is an independent charity providing support to adults, young people and children who are experiencing domestic abuse in Norfolk and Waveney. We are founding members of WAFE (Women’s Aid Federation England) and every year provide specialist support to over 9,000 adults, children and young people.
St Martins Housing
Rough sleepers need a roof over their heads. They need a warm bed. And we provide that. But they also need a reason to get out of it in the morning. St Martins helps homeless people, and those at risk, by offering them a hand up. We nurture their self-esteem and trust in other people. We empower them to make positive choices. To some, we are a lifelong solution. To others, we are a stepping stone to rebuilding their lives. St Martins is a local charity and we have supported people in Norwich and Norfolk for over 40 years.
Since Together was formed in 1879, we have believed that people with mental health issues have the right and the abilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives as part of their communities. The people who use our services are at the heart of everything we do. They influence and shape the support they receive from us, and the way our services are run. These core beliefs underpin the vision, mission and values we aspire to.
