Newcastle Harm Reduction Service is a free and confidential service for adult drug and alcohol users, partners, family members and the community.

Our advice and information service (both face to face and telephone) offers a range of advice and support options. The service includes needle exchange, advice with safer injecting practices, testing for Blood Bourne Viruses, vaccinations for those most at risk, harm reduction assessments and one to one support. We have a specialist steroid worker and a dedicated outreach worker.
