Change, grow, live (CGL) is a successful health and social care charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse, and antisocial behaviour.

Birmingham Park House in-patient unit is looking for full time Health & Wellbeing Nurses to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a multidisciplinary team that provides intensive 24hr support to individuals in their recovery.   You will be involved in providing clinical interventions to service users with a range psychological and physical health issues who are undergoing in- patient detoxification.

Experience of substance misuse is an advantage but we also welcome applicants who wish to gain knowledge and experience in this area, as the service can support nurses with training and development.

Our service aims at encouraging and empowering people to regain control of their lives and motivate them to improve their health and wellbeing. We are committed to reducing substance use related harm to the individual and wider community promoting healthier life styles and enabling service users to improve their own health and wellbeing.
