Ealing RISE - Southall

RISE is a borough-wide drug and alcohol recovery service working with people throughout their treatment journey; from engagement, through to treatment, prescribing to aftercare. RISE offers a wide range of interventions to Ealing residents, over 18, their families and partners who are experiencing difficulties with drug or alcohol use. Based in Southall, the RISE West Hub, utilise a diverse approach and offers a range of treatment options to help service users to cut down or stop the use of drugs and alcohol. These include:

  • Open access provision and drop-in service
  • One-to-one sessions
  • Outreach and community engagement.
  • Counselling
  • Housing support
  • Mental and physical wellbeing
  • Needle exchange
  • Blood borne viruses and healthcare – Testing and vaccinations
  • Substitute prescribing
  • Detoxification
  • Complementary therapies
  • Access to education, training, employment, and volunteer opportunities
  • Peer mentors. We encourage services users to engage in peer support at all stages of their treatment journey
  • Interventions for alcohol users with pathways from access to discharge including community detoxification
  • Assessment and referrals and care management for Residential Treatment (Tier 4)

What we do and how we do it

We work with people over the age of 18 (anyone under the age of 18 needs will be referred to the EASY project).

We support anyone with any kind of substance misuse issues.

Make an appointment

We accept walk in referrals at any time of the day and you will be seen by a Recovery Worker.

If it’s after 3.30pm then basic details will be taken and the service user will be invited back first thing the next day to start their recovery journey.
