We’ve all had to make some big changes to our lives recently. Coronavirus has meant we can’t see people we care about, or do lots of the things we normally enjoy.  

It’s understandable to feel bored, anxious, or worried about money and your health. That’s why we’ve put together this page of advice and tips for looking after yourself during lockdown.  

Looking after your wellbeing and mental health

If you’re struggling with your mental health, don’t be afraid to talk about it.  

Why not take a moment for yourself this weekend to think about how you're feeling? Are you bored? Frustrated? Lonely? It’s OK to feel these things.

Exercising and keeping active can be good for your mental and physical health, but it can be difficult when you’re trying to stay at home or don’t know where to start.

Advice about alcohol

You might have noticed your drinking habits have changed recently.  

It’s normal to look for ways to feel better at a time like this, but it’s also easy for your drinking to gradually get out of control.

It’s a strange time right now and it might feel scary or confusing. It’s natural to experience lots of different emotions. You can find advice and support for under 21s here.  

Don’t be afraid to talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling and anything you’re worried about.
